Ingredients:
4 lbs beef ribs
Water
Coarse salt

Preparation:
Generously rub coarse salt all over the ribs and let them come to room temperature.
Tear off a sheet of Wyda Extra-Strong Aluminum Foil large enough to fully wrap the ribs with extra space for sealing. Our foil's extra width makes this step easier than ever.
Place the ribs on the foil and add 1 cup of water. This is where Wyda's tear-resistant foil really shines - no worries about punctures or leaks during cooking.

Place on the grill bone-side down, maintaining a temperature of around 250-275°F.
After 3 hours, carefully unwrap (our foil's strength prevents tearing during this crucial step) and return the ribs to the grill.
Grill uncovered for an additional 40 minutes to develop a beautiful crust and deeper flavor.
Brush ribs with barbecue sauce. Grill 15 min., turning and brushing occasionally with remaining sauce.
